About me

Lawyer Boris Leonard Arinstein

Born and raised in Berlin in 1991, I completed my law studies at the University of Potsdam and the additional legal clerkship (legal lawyer training) at the Berlin Court of Appeal.

Already during my law studies and during my legal clerkship, my focus was on criminal law. During my legal clerkship, I worked in particular for the public prosecutor’s office in Berlin and for the renowned criminal law firm Horst Eitner.

In 2019 I was admitted to the bar at the Berlin Bar Association.

After various positions in law firms specializing in commercial law, I finally decided to become a criminal defense attorney and founded the criminal law firm Arinstein in October 2022.

I advise in German, English and Russian.
