Crimes against the state

State security matters include people who act primarily for political reasons and against the state and its institutions.

This includes violations of the law, such as:

– Peace or high treason

– terrorist financing or

– Creation and support of criminal or terrorist groups

(§§ 94, 129-129b StGB).

I defend regardless of my client’s convictions or political affiliation, and am happy to take on the defense of people who are accused of committing a state security offence.
